About

Located in Lonedell, Missouri, the Bardot Family has owned and operated a farm for over a century. Now, BFF is owned and operated by Roger and Wendy Bardot. Throughout the years, Roger and Wendy have worked to use new technologies and farming practices to make production more efficient. Roger likes to describe himself as a, “Herd Quitter,” somebody that likes to challenges the status quo. From their trials and errors, Roger and Wendy have finally found a phrase that describes the farm perfectly, “Grown on Grass, It’s Only Natural.”

Roger.jpgBardot Family Farm has grown from being just a cattle operation. Now, we have nearly 100 laying hens, seasonal broiler chickens grown in the spring and the fall, a few sows, a couple ducks, a pet rabbit, turkeys around the holidays and 150 head of beef cattle. With the various animals comes the various products we offer. From grass-fed beef, eggs, meat chickens, meat turkeys and pastured pork.

Roger and Wendy sell to the local farmer’s market in St. Clair, Missouri. Phone orders are welcomed, please use the contact page to place an order.

This farm is truly a family affair, the three daughters of Roger and Wendy grew up on the farm and could always be found playing in the dirt. Emily, the oldest, is now married to Kolby and they live in Oklahoma, both of them are agriculture educators. Rachel, the middle child, is currently a first-year vet student at the University of Missouri, where she received her undergraduate degree in animal science. Laura, the youngest, is a junior at the University of Missouri studying science and agricultural journalism.
